Clotrimazole Cream 2%
Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent with fungicidal action for topical application (on the skin and mucous membranes). It is indicated for the treatment of skin mycoses caused by dermatophytes or yeasts, such as dermatophytosis, tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea corporis (ringworm), cutaneous candidiasis, tinea versicolor, inguinal infections, scalp infections, beard infections, and athlete's foot. It is also used for the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis. Balanitis caused by Candida and Trichomonas.
