Wexford is established as a pharmaceutical laboratory manufacturing medicines for its customers through contracts with third parties.

With the imminent takeover of Hong Kong by the Chinese Communist Party, LMC shuts down its operations there and relocates to India entirely.

Work begins exclusively under the name of Wexford Laboratories, Inc., focusing on the Latin American markets.

The first production facility is inaugurated in Bangalore, India.

Construction begins on the new industrial complex in Tumkur, India.

Wexford inaugurates the expansions of plants for Betalactam and Non-Betalactam products.

New corporate headquarters in Warwick, RI USA opens.
